A Snowy October Wedding

What does one do when an unexpected freak snowstorm crashes your wedding day? You just roll with it. Which is exactly what Angie & Steve did this past Saturday! The brightly coloured fall foliage came alive with a sprinkling of snowflakes and after the church ceremony and some photo ops, we all retreated to the warmth of the Avening Community Center for an amazing reception. Only a small town hall could put on such a fantastic party for the happy couple, which included a lovely catered dinner, drinks, dancing and BOWLING! There was even an open air photo booth for some after-dinner shenanigans.

The whole day was complimented by all the beautiful handmade touches, from the details to the decor; it was all flawless and wonderfully personal. This talented bride even made her own vintage brooch bouquet, along with the men's boutonnieres and the bridesmaids bouquets. You can tell that both Angie and Steve have close knit families, with lots of laughs and tons of love.

Despite the cold and snow, we really could not have asked for a better day.
