We are F-A-M-I-L-Y

The day was dark and dreary, threatening to rain on us at any minute.... and it did, briefly, but nothing was going to stop us from doing this extended family shoot! This group is so much fun, and I've known them forever. It was a mix of aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, cousins and second cousins - could babies Emmett & Elgin BE any cuter?

Brooks Family Farm

I love doing family sessions at my clients' homes because it gives me a chance to capture them while they are most comfortable and at ease. This shoot was at the family's farm outside Stayner & we all had a great time running around the property with the kids and soaking up the gorgeous evening light. I also learned that Rachel and John are expecting their third child in the new year, which makes big sister Clara and brother John very excited!

Life is a Special Occasion

The day started with dark skies and pouring rain, but we all seemed to know that it would let up eventually. Even though the ceremony had already been moved inside, the rain stopped and I had so much fun taking pictures with the wedding party outside afterwards. This group was down for anything, full of smiles and giggles, ready to have a good time! Melissa & Danny are some of the nicest, sweetest people with their family, friends and guests being no different; we laughed, we cried and they DANCED! These two were beyond adorable the whole day: from the pre-wedding gift Melissa had me deliver to Danny before the ceremony (a swanky new watch) to the huge smiles every time they looked at eac

Laughter & Country Love

I was honored to be the photographer at the wedding of two of my high school friends this year. Everything was so perfect, it was like a dream! Along with their loved ones, Meghan & Brian put in so much work to get the details of the day just right... there was a multitude of amazing things to photograph and enjoy - like the amazing barnboard bar that was handmade by Brian and his dad. The venue was the Jeffery family farm - a place that was truly special to the couple as their story began there what seems like forever ago. A day full of sunshine, laughter and country love!

The Wells Family

I could not have been happier when this family booked with me and asked that we do the session at the beach! September is the perfect time to visit Wasaga Beach - the crowds of the summer have gone, warm breezes roll in off the Bay and the sunlight sparkles off the water in a most magical way. Sisters Quinn & Kylie had a blast running through the sand and tall grasses, and of course splashing around on the shore.
